Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
To maintain the event's intimate and mysterious ambiance, we recommend arriving 5 to 10 minutes before the show begins.
What happens if I arrive late?
Depending on your arrival time, you may need to wait before entering the theater to ensure the show's flow remains uninterrupted.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in this event’s location—not even service animals.
Is there an age requirement?
The show is 12+. Please, reach out to info@mind2mind.live if you have children under 12 and you are planning to participate.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be free valet at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/ exhibition?
This is a seated experience, every guest will be seated during the show.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for the experience can be purchased on Fever, Virgin Megastore, Platinumlist and at toda.ae.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please reach out to lina.oudghiri@feverup.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
